More questions get answered in Book Six and NEW characters are introduced, several others return.
Onyx Webb is a complex multi-genre mash-up that combines elements of supernatural suspense, crime, horror, romance, and more. The Onyx Webb series follows the unusual life of Onyx Webb along with a central group of characters in various locations and times.
The billionaire Mulvaney family, piano prodigy Juniper Cole and her brother Quinn, paranormal show hosts Cryer and Fudge, and a few others make up the core of the series. Written like a book version of your favorite tv series (think: supernatural soap opera like American Horror Story) each character’s story moves forward with most every episode. It may appear that the characters are entirely unrelated and yet episode by episode, the connections will become clearer. Like being an inch away from a spider web, with each book, the web will move further and further away revealing the full story of every character and most importantly, the stunning conclusion for Onyx Webb herself.
In Book Six:
The serial killer has taken his ultimate prize.
In 2010, Koda attempts to find the girl in the mirror by crossing over to the other side.
Onyx Webb finally has a new person in her life but like most things, it does not last.
Rating:
This book series is just getting better and better. I am not sure how the authors keep everything together and weaving so well.
We are introduced to new characters one who I believe may just bring down the serial killer that has been within the books. If you have not read the books I highly recommend you start with book one.
This new character is a young boy who has been diagnosis as autistic. Though it does not hinder him in being as smart as he is. He doesn’t talk until you give him a name of a serial killer and he can profile them so quickly and efficiently. Of course the FBI will want to have him though they have to keep it quiet so the public doesn’t know. Newt and the FBI agent Pipi will find their way into the Mulvaney life though it is not anything to be happy about.
Now so much goes on within the book but it just flows nicely. Declan finds the thief, Koda gets to visit the other side and I am hoping he gets the answers he seeks. I am especially intrigued by these ‘shadow people’, what are they exactly? Also what will be happening with the mirrors? This just sounds intriguing.
Let’s not forget our main person of it all Onxy Webb. Through the pages I really felt that Onxy was just wearing down with everything. I think after her last kill she feels bad and it weighs on her heavily which I can totally understand. She ends up making a new friend but I wonder what is his end game with O
It seems that everything is coming to a head and will everyone’s web be linked still? Will those that seek answers get them? What will happen with Onxy? Will she keep staying at her lighthouse or can she finally just go and be at peace? Who knows. I will be jumping into book 7 really quickly.
Author, best-selling business fable Go for No! Also Million Dollar Year, The Fear Factory, The Diamond Line, and others. Professional speaker. Now also fiction author of, Onyx Webb, the Series.
I’m a professional speaker, business author and most recently have added fiction to my resume. As co-author of the best-selling title, Go for No! Yes is the Destination, No is How You Get There I am wildly passionate about this message. I am also proud of our collection of other business fables.
My newest passion along with my husband, business partner and co-author Richard is writing our fiction series, Onyx Webb. Onyx Webb is a paranormal suspense series. We’ re writing almost to read like a t.v. series; you could think of it like a supernatural soap opera. We’ve designed the Onyx Webb series to give readers the jolt of suspense they are looking for from a ghost story, but also to come away feeling motivated to make more of their own lives, long after the goose bumps have worn off.
